Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days by Second Class Post in the U.K. 

OVERSEAS ORDERS
For overseas orders please contact Filtapac for postage rates.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Any damages must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order. Royal Mail may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation. Please make a note of the date and time of your delivery if this is possible. Damaged items will be replaced.
 
REFUND POLICY
Customers can return their order within 7 working days after they have received their goods. The order must be in a satisfactory condition and the package unopened. A full refund will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.
