N.B. Filter should be removed before sterilising (Replace end cap only)
1	Turn clear end cap 1/2" in any direction then lever apart from white body as shown in fig 1. If they are hard to get apart, hold white body in one hand and clear end cap in the other and twist backwards and forwards to loosen.
2	Tip out the contents of the white body and throw away everything except the two plastic mesh discs and the black sponge which are to be re-used. Throw away the black 'o'-ring off the clear end cap. The foam washer on the nozzle can be left in place.
3	Wash all parts and sterilise.
4	Re-assemble the filter EXACTLY as shown in the diagram above using new paper discs (smallest first) and the new bag of carbon, pushing the bag firmly into place. DO NOT OPEN THE STOCKINETTE BAG.
5	Push the clear end cap into the white body and turn until it clicks into place
6	Roll the new 'o' ring down the cartridge until it sits in the groove on the clear end cap.
7	Lubricate the 'o' ring and threads generously with silicone or vegatable oil to ease fitting and screw in by hand UNTIL YOU FEEL THE STOP HIT THE THREAD. DO NOT TIGHTEN BEYOND THIS POINT OR YOU MAY CRACK THE HOUSING.
8	After fitting, run cold water for approx. 20 seconds to flush any harmless carbon dust out of the system. (water will briefly run darkly coloured).
9	The filter cartridge should be replaced after approx. 30 days of caravanning.
