We have been very pleased with the Filtapacs we have had from you. We first bought a pack of three from you (perhaps at the Camping & Caravanning Club's FoL at Carlton Towers a couple or three years ago), and have since bought replacements from our friends at the Caravan Club Cumbria Centre rallies.
Unfortunately we have been unable to meet them for some time, and so a cheque is winging its way to you for another three "socks" and a filter key as I write. The trouble is, we really needed them for our departure on Tuesday! Sometimes we caravanners are so laid back we fall over.

As a keen caravaner of many years I was please to see your products. Not only saving us some cash, but reducing waste.
I've just ordered my first Filtapac Recharge packs to use this season, and look forward to receiving them shortly.
My question is why only for caravan users. I have small yacht which is equipped with a large cartridge filter - the replacement cartridge will cost me around £17.00. Can you supply a pack to fit a product called an Aqua Filter (commonly seen in chandlers).

I would like to tell you how very pleased I am with the performance of the unit. I first fitted it to my motor home in June 2000, we then spent some 45 nights touring in the UK. In December we went via France to Spain returning in March 2001. Whilst away I replaced the original with the spare that I carried, along with the new clear housing unit. In all that time we used our on board tanks for tea, coffee and cooking, and occasionally direct consumption. Not once did we detect any problems with the filtered water, and our drinks certainly tasted better than others with whom we shared tea and coffee. So thank you for providing a reasonably priced product that also does the job.
