Cut pipe to correct size to accommodate filter and attach the push fit connectors supplied, being sure to push the pipe fully into the connector. DO NOT USE EXISTING CONNECTORS.

Push the connectors fully onto the filter stub at each end, making sure that the water flow is in the right direction.

Check that the screw cap is closed but not over tightened.

Flush the filter through for 30 seconds to clear carbon dust from the cartridge (the water will flow run darkly coloured for a few seconds) and check for leaks.
FOR FLEXIBLE HOSE USING JUBILEE CLIPS

Cut pipe to correct size to accommodate filter.

Push the two short sleeves over the the tube connectors at each end of the filter using the BLUE sleeve on the BLUE connector and the white sleeve on the grey connector. Push them firmly down until the sleeve is flush with the end of the connector. Make sure that the water flow is in the right direction.

Fit Jubilee clips over the hose and tighten in position on the sleeves.

Flush the filter through for 30 seconds to clear carbon dust from the cartridge (the water will flow run darkly coloured for a few seconds) and check for leaks.
